Where Can I Buy Custom Polo Shirts?

Right here at The Graphic Edge, of course! We decorate hundreds of thousands of polos every year. The majority of the custom polos we produce are embroidered with a company logo, a team mascot, or a person’s name, but we can also laser etch, screen print, or apply heat transfers on polos, based on your needs and budget.

How Do I Choose the Perfect Polo Shirts?

At present, we have more than 250 polo styles to choose from. So it’s reasonable that you’d wonder just how you’re supposed to whittle that down to the perfect custom polo for your company, team, or group.

Consider the following questions and before you know it, you’ll be much closer to finding exactly the polo you’re looking for.

Who will be wearing them?

Does your group include only women? Only men? Women, men, and children?

The important thing is to choose a polo that has coordinating styles and sizes for everyone in your group. Avoid the mistake of buying men’s sizes for everybody. The women in your group will appreciate having a shirt that’s sized and cut for them with a collar, neckline, sleeves, and hem like they’d expect from a shirt they’d purchase at their favorite retailer.

Likewise, if your group includes kids, providing youth polo shirts will ensure that even your smallest team member looks sharp and feels good about their shirt.

Do you want to align with a brand or be the brand?

Under Armour Custom PoloIf you choose a premier apparel brand for your polos, Under Armour or adidas for example, then your logo will share billing on the shirt with theirs – shirt brand logo on the right chest, your logo on the left chest.

This isn’t automatically good or bad; it depends entirely on your brand identity. If being associated with a performance athletic brand lends credibility to your brand, as it might with a sports medicine practice or fitness facility, then by all means consider investing in performance polos.

Attorneys and accountants, on the other hand, may feel it makes more sense to go with a bit of understatement and let their brand be the only one showcased on their corporate polos. In those cases, Antigua and Blue Generation are brands to consider.

Corporate colors or subtle shades?

Badger Sport Colorblock PoloIf specific colors are an important part of your brand identity, then you may want to consider multi-colored or “colorblock” polos. These are polos that have a primary color, typically in the torso of the shirt, and a secondary color on the shoulder, sleeves, or collar.

Colorblock polos are perfect for brands that demand immediate recognition or need to stand out, such as in a busy retail environment when your staff needs to be easily identifiable to customers or a tradeshow floor where you want your team to stand out from the crowd. Badger Sports and Holloway both offer some really eye-catching colorblock styles to choose from for these scenarios.

If solid colors or subtle stripes are more appropriate to your workplace, then you can’t go wrong with polos from Cutter & Buck or Gildan Activewear.

Do you want to design your own polos online?

If you already have an esatablished logo or mascot and you can upload an SVG file of the artwork, then design your custom polo online using our online garment designer could be a great way to get your custom embroidered polo order started right away.
